Ayurvedic Recipe: Tridoshic Purifying Tea
Coriander, cumin, and fennel are great for digestion and reducing inflammation, as well as a simple remedy for heartburn, gas, and bloating.
1 tsp coriander seed
1 tsp cumin seed
1 tsp fennel seed
1 q purified water
Put all ingredients in a pot, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from stove and strain.Tea can be stored in refrigerator, but should be warmed up first before drinking (not for drinking cold).
This can be drunk all year round. For a more deeper cleanse, try Triphala Supreme.

Good for all doshas, can be drunk any time of the year.
