How To Make Magnesium Oil

Be sure to use distilled water, as it will be free of trace elements and minerals which might otherwise impair the effectiveness of the magnesium chloride flakes. Using distilled water will also extend the shelf life of your magnesium oil spray. Add the magnesium chloride flakes to the glass bowl and pour the boiled distilled water over the flakes. Stir well to completely dissolve the magnesium flakes, and allow the solution to cool completely. Transfer your magnesium oil to a spray bottle.

How To Store Your Home-Made Magnesium Oil

To extend the shelf life of your homemade magnesium oil spray solution, keep the mixture in a cool, dry place. Your homemade solution will have a shelf life of around 6 months before the magnesium begins to lose some of its healthful benefits. Store under a bathroom cabinet for quick and easy use after a shower or bath.

How To Use Your Homemade Magnesium Oil Spray:

Approximately 8 sprays on your skin per day should give you the added boost of magnesium you need to get the optimal results. Spray a light mist onto your body after a shower or bath while your skin is still lightly damp and your pores are still open.
