Ingredients


1 tablespoon melted grassfed organic ghee
1/2 cup chopped apple
1/2 cup cooked carrots
1/2 cup plain regular or dairy-free yogurt
1/2 cup 100% orange juice
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
3-4 ice cubes

Directions

1. Steam or boil carrots for about 10 minutes until they are tender and cool before adding to smoothie.
2. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend for about 1 minute or until completely smooth and creamy.
3. Serve and enjoy!
