Ayurvedic and Paleo Broccoli Rabe

Preparation time – 5 minutes
Cooking time – 15 minutes
Difficulty Level – Easy


1 bunch broccoli rabe
2 tablespoons grassfed organic ghee
8-10 garlic cloves
coarse salt and pepper (freshly ground if possible) to taste
lemon wedges


1. Trim tough stems off of the broccoli rabe and wash thoroughly.

2. Heat ghee over medium high heat in a large skillet. Add in cleaned and trimmed whole garlic cloves. (Don't chop up the garlic cloves . Cook the garlic 3-4 minutes until they begin to become golden brown.

3. Add in washed and trimmed broccoli rabe. Add in freshly ground pepper and coarse sea salt. Cook until the leaves begin to wilt (5-6 minutes).

4. Remove from heat and serve right away. Serve with lemon wedges to squeeze on right before eating.
