Cool off with this nutritious, yet light and cooling green smoothie:
2 organic apples, cored and cut into 4 pieces
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 cups greens mix (you can use spinach, kale leaves, collards, parsley, beet greens or other fresh tender greens with stems removed)
1 Tablespoon Organic Greens Superfood
1 pitted and peeled avocado
1 cup fresh mint leaves
4 cups water
Pinch of Himalayan salt
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
Balancing for all doshas in moderation.
Put all ingredients in either a blender or a VitaMix (recommended). Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
