Ingredients
1 1/4 cup unsweetened nut milk (almond, coconut, hemp, cashew)
1/2 tsp ground ashwagandha
1/2 tsp ground tumeric
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 pinches ground cardamom
Pinch of ground ginger
Pinch of ground nutmeg
Freshly ground pepper
1 teaspoon Tasty Superfoods grassfed organic ghee
1 teaspoon honey
Directions
1. In a small saucepan, bring milk to a simmer over medium-low heat.
2. Whisk in cinnamon, tumeric, ashwagandha, cardamom, ginger, nutmeg, and a little bit of pepper. Continue whisking to break up any clumps.
3. Reduce heat to low and add in ghee. Cook until warmed through; 5-10 minutes.
4. Remove from heat, let sit until just warm, and mix in honey. Being careful not to cook honey over the heat.
5. Add mixture to a mug and drink warm with a good book and a cozy blanket.
