Breakfast Protein Smoothie

1 ¼ cup almond milk (substitute with coconut milk, soy milk or any other preferred variety)
2 tablespoons grassfed organic ghee
¼ cup whole grain oats, rolled or quick (gluten free options available)
½ tsp almond extract
¼ cup almonds, cashews or walnuts (or 2TB nut butter)
2 scoops Organic, Grass Fed Whey Protein or Vegan Protein
¼ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
½ banana (optional)


1. Add enough hot water to oats to cover them, and soak for 10 minutes.

2. Add all ingredients together in a blender

3. Enjoy
