Delicious & Healthy Gluten Free Salmon Dish

1. 1 pound fresh or frozen salmon
2. 2 cups gluten free all purpose flour
3. 1 tablespoon organic ghee
4. 2 medium size lemons
5. 1 egg
6. onion powder (optional)
7. allepo pepper (or any other red pepper you prefer)
8. salt
9. pepper


1. In a shallow bowl or plate mix salt, pepper, allepo pepper and onion powder into the gluten-free flour, set aside
2. Crack one egg into another shallow bowl and beat the egg, set aside
3. Heat ghee over medium heat in a large frying pan (you can also add a squeeze of lemon into the pan at this point
4. Coat each piece of salmon in egg on each side and then coat each side in the flour mixture
5. Place fish into the pan and allow it to cook on each side a few minutes
6. While one fish is cooking, get started coating the next piece
7. Place fish on a plate with your favorite sides and squeeze lemon on top to bring all the flavors of this delicious dish together.
