Ingredients
2 cups almond flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup almond milk
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon ghee
Directions
1. Whisk all ingredients together in a medium size bowl
2. In a small frying pan, heat up ghee over medium heat. Once oil is hot, ladle batter onto pan (however large you want the pita to be).
3. Cook 3 minutes on each side. Continue until all the batter is used.
