Ingredients
2 cups almond or cow milk (substitute with coconut milk, soy milk or any other preferred variety)
1 tsp turmeric
½ tsp cinnamon
pinch of ground black pepper
¼ tsp ginger powder
pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tsp grassfed organic ghee
1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup or to taste (optional)
Directions
1. Add all ingredients together in a blender
2. Heat mixture over medium heat in a small saucepan. Be careful not to boil.
3. Pour into a mug and enjoy!
