Ingredients
1 tablespoon grassfed organic ghee
½ cup vegetable broth
½ cup coconut oil
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp oregano
2 medium sweet potato (or regular potatoe) chopped into small pieces
3 carrots chopped into small pieces
2 medium parsnip chopped into small pieces
2 yellow onions sliced
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients together into a slow cooker and cover.
2. Cook on low for 5 hours or until vegetables are tender. Enjoy!
