Here is our favorite superfoods smoothie recipe:

  • 1 cup plain yoghurt (homemade is best)
  • 2 TB organic whey protein
  • 1/2 cup organic coconut milk
  • 1 cup pure water
  • 1 organic banana
  • 1/4 cup soaked organic Goji berries
  • 1/8 cup soaked organic raw Golden Berries
  • 2 teaspoons soaked organic raw Chia Seeds
  • 2 teaspoons organic Maca Powder 
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil or ghee
  • 1 teaspoon Ashwagandha
  • 2 teaspoons Organic Acai Powder
  • 1 teaspoon curcumin powder
  • Sprinkles of cinnamon, cardamom, and clove and organic stevia 

Throw everything into your blender and turn it up! Wow! Supercharge your day in a flash!
