- 1 cup plain yoghurt (homemade is best)
- 2 TB organic whey protein
- 1/2 cup organic coconut milk
- 1 cup pure water
- 1 organic banana
- 1/4 cup soaked organic Goji berries
- 1/8 cup soaked organic raw Golden Berries
- 2 teaspoons soaked organic raw Chia Seeds
- 2 teaspoons organic Maca Powder
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil or ghee
- 1 teaspoon Ashwagandha
- 2 teaspoons Organic Acai Powder
- 1 teaspoon curcumin powder
- Sprinkles of cinnamon, cardamom, and clove and organic stevia
