Ingredients
½ tablespoon grassfed organic ghee
14 raw almonds with or without skin
1 organic apple, cored, with peeling
1 frozen banana
1 cup almond, hemp, or rice milk
1 teaspoon flaxseeds
1/2 teaspoon organic ground cinnamon
Directions
1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender.
